- Leadership is overly deferential to clients and avoids pushing back, which creates pressure on teams, basically overpromise and underdeliver - Directors play favorites. This isn't healthy for the team when it's so obvious and creates an unfairness in the delegation of the work - Frequent restructuring every few months leads to instability and shifting priorities - Teams across channel leads and client services are not aligned, resulting in poor internal communication - Work is often assigned with unrealistic timelines and expectations due to people pleasing the client versus tracking actual hours of work - Layoffs seem to happen often without explanation, which shows that it was political - Salaries are below industry standards

No raises or small raises based on “merit” but really it just comes down to budget and favoritism. Not much accountability for under performers creates an atmosphere of “why try” because you’re not getting decent increases anyways and other people do less and make more.
