      sometimes communication between agency and government is unclear, but I think that's more the government side than apex's doing

      Weekly disbursement of direct paycheck and pay stub.

      Cons

      No PTO, No sick time, No bereavement, and absolutely no pay raises. What you start with is what you continue with regardless of how many years you work there. Also, don't believe them when they say that you might/will get hired after 90 days.

      - flexible position options - ability to WFH or hybridize - weekly pay - reliable time-keeping app

      Cons

      - benefits are expensive and not the best - sub-contracting is only so "secure" - contract-to-hire can be lengthy
