      Pros

      The pay and benefits are decent and industry standard (but you could argue the industry is not keeping up with inflation). Most positions and teams have hybrid work environments which is nice as well.

      Cons

      Leadership can lack transparency at times, and due to the size of the company change can take awhile to happen, and even then it can take awhile to make sure new changes are working as intended.
