Pros

Lots of support for early careers: development programme, buddy, mentor, networking, pluralsight access, regular manager check-ins Inclusive and friendly culture: strong values and diverse employee-led communities Flexibility: hybrid working model and flexibility in working hours Bonus: staff id can be used to get free ride on the bus to town/train station

Cons

Would be good to have more structure in terms of growing technical skills like we do with soft skills, though this can be organised with a mentor
