      Pros

      My direct supervisor was my saving grace as he was my training class' biggest advocate the entire time we were employed with the company. He is the only reason I lasted the entire year. Happy to have moved on to something else.

      Cons

      I worked at FirstSource Solutions for a year as a technical support representative within their Hargray Cable project. Extremely outdated software/tools made my job almost impossible to do as these tools would often malfunction. Poor upper management with bad attitudes caused extremely low morale, which affected my own will to perform to the best of my ability.

      On Time Salary. No Appraisals on time and lots of Partiality & Politics. Best and secured jobs for Women.

      Cons

      No Carrier Growth. No Salary Increment. Not Following any Procedure / Rules. No Proper HR Support. You will Receive Respect based on Designations. Old Senior Manages Dominates all the time. More and more support to Women.
