Pros

There are many opportunities to learn new skills because people are leaving Fiserv like the plague.

Cons

Do not believe what you’re told in the hiring process. You are required to be in office 4 days a week with most departments going to 5 days. Time in office is tracked by badging in and out and you’re required to be in office 9 hours a day. Unlimited PTO is a lie—it’s more like 30 days which includes sick time, vacation, and any remote days. Don’t bother coming into the office unless you’re going to hit 8 hours in office, otherwise it’ll count against you. Activity is tracked via salience with reports constantly being sent to management. Managers do not effectively manage, and the feeling of constantly being monitored and told you aren’t working enough has devastated morale. Promotions are given without any compensation increase.
