Pros

Flexible schedule when needed. Nice facility and a majority of the people working there are friendly. Pay is decent but could be better.

Cons

After hours 24/7/365 on call support. Lack of sick time. Benefits could be better. Management lacks basic understanding of how computers work. Certain individuals in leadership are also arrogant, self-righteousness, and narcissistic. They encourage team building when its just a dog and pony show.

Pros

Employees/Associates - Hard working; most are very enjoyable to work with; they are the ones who keep the company going.

Cons

1. High turnover rate in the Warehouse, IT, Transportation, Maintenance and Sanitation. 2. Very high injury rate. 3. Warehouse Selection Incentive Program focuses only on speed; no regard for safety. Many injuries because of this. Warehouse is very dangerous. 4. The Warehouse and Packing Associates have no idea how long their workday will be. Could change at any moment due to added work throughout the day. 5. Due to work schedule, many of the drivers have no personal life and do not get enough sleep to be a safe driver. 6. Evidence of racism within the Warehouse and Packing departments. Another person also posted this on another website that reviews companies. 7. Executives and some Managers talk about good leadership but do not come close to practicing it. In fact, some practice the exact opposite of good leadership (e.g. arrogance). 8. Executives show favoritism often. This results in some Executives and Managers getting away with unethical behavior and getting positions that they are not qualified for. 9. Executives are allowing company to take on more business that it can handle. This results in long hours, fatigue, burnout and performance problems. And the company is already very short-handed. 10. Executives show that they are either out of touch with the day to day work or they do not care about what the employees/associates are experiencing. The bad working conditions have been going on for years. 11. Executives quick to blame Warehouse, Packing and Transportation first when problems occur instead of reviewing the whole picture. 12. I do not recommend this company. There are plenty of other companies with leaders who will show the respect and appreciation that good workers deserve.
