Pros

There are some great people who care about doing good work. On most teams there is a willingness to help each other out.

Cons

There are some toxic senior leaders who say one thing and do another or nothing at all. One female director is very harmful to the organization. She has driven many good people away. She pits people against one another by spreading lies and gossip. She threatens her team with written corrective action and makes up infractions which never happened.
