      Starting pay was pretty competitive

      Cons

      Very poor communication from higher-ups and other departments. People constantly getting fired and replaced causes constant turmoil. No one is left who understands the current system so it’s pure chaos. Expect to be the scapegoat and sacrificial lamb for management errors

      Pros

      Worst IT management I have ever seen in 21 years. That is the pro! The people are quite nice at first then they turn on you and back stab. Very political.

      Cons

      Raises or close to nothing. Hours are insane so work life balance is horrible. They spend lots of money on advertising but care very little about their employee
