The trickle down affect at it's worst - would not recommend
Pros
I guess the paycheck. I've never been paid so much to do so little.
Cons
The CEO is incredibly rude, condescending, and neurotic and to make matters worse there are virtually zero checks and balances to either correct his behavior or remove him. There is only one HR person for the whole firm and they are not properly supported. It's depressing. There are a few nice people that are just trying to put in their time until something better comes along, but it's not enough to put up with the disrespect, boredom, and 1950's attitudes. Would not recommend working there if you identify as queer, a woman, or if you are a person of color. The amount of time spent inane details was truly shocking. Like I said before, I've never been paid so much to do so little.
