This is one of the best companies you can work for. They really take care of their people and I love the people I work for. The challenge of the work and helping others is so satisfying.

Cons

Starting pay can be a little low when you first join.

Can't compare it to another workplace. Values are truly followed. Great medical benefits. Remote work culture that doesn't feel like you're alone.

Cons

Due to being remote, we don't see each other often. 401k is average at best.

Pros

Growing company that strives to do right by customers and the industry. Good communication internally and decent compensation in a competitive and diverse industry. The GPSU intern and veteran program is amazing for GPS and the community. Good benefits. Good people throughout.

Cons

The company could be more diverse, but I don't think that is something they push back against; it's more a reflection of our North American hiring pool.
