      Pros

      Absolutely none be prepared to work if you are sick or healthy. Think you have given your all NOT good enough give more. Enjoy attending meetings for 23 hours day and be oncall for the hour you get to sleep? Enjoy being harassed that your work is never good enough? Enjoy working on things you have no training on that change every six months? Enjoy loosing team members who do good work but quit after they have experienced the "JOY" over the above? Enjoy manager's quitting after 3 - 6 months? Enjoy getting a salary increase of an extra ten dollars a month that you had to wait six months for?
