Pros

Goood benefits and company will pay you whatever you ask because they have ZERO luck of filling open positions. Avoid this place at all costs.

Cons

I can write a book for this company.. terrible management without planning of any resources, hire people with high hopes who soon realize after joining that it is a deep hole topped with french culture. Clinical operations dept is under resourced and over worked. Noone wants to stick around because of the bossy culture. There is no respect for each other in this hierarchical model. French office staff technically doesn’t do much except responding to emails after months... Clinical operations team have to take on variety of tasks from purchasing, QA, finance, etc. No team culture or spirit. Everyone is cutting each other to get things done or blame. Highly avoid this place. Even though looks good in first place with nice office in Cambridge, decent pay and benefits— highly avoid because you will want to leave company in next 6 months.

Pros

The parking was relatively close to the building. Compensation was pretty good however not worth it at all

Cons

Genuine warning as I would never want what happened to me at Ipsen, to happen to anyone else. Ipsen specializes in oncology, rare disease, neuroscience. When brought on board for another employee leaving , I saw just why as med info letters and dossiers were being sent out to HCPs treating patients with little to no chance based on information that was 5 years old at a minimum. After updated all 540(-ish) Med info letters as no one else really seemed to care, I was unfortunately assaulted a week after completing this project and getting them back on track. They fired me the day I came back after being assaulted, due to appearances. My injuries did not suit their 'great image'. This was my first job out of school as well. In Summary: they will hire you full time, tell you to move to another state and establish a life; and my personal opinion is all the while they behave selfishly and know they will get rid of these certain positions asap, no matter at what cost.

Pros

Snacks, Catered Lunch, in demand therapeutic categories will give you experience to transfer to other companies,

Cons

Culture in my department is toxic, there is a power struggle between different teams, causing role uncertainty. I was initially hired for one job I've spent my career doing, only to find out on the first day of the job my title switched for no reason and responsibilities did as well and then 2-3 months later they are hiring for another FTE in a similar role to my original position I was hired for. Avoid at all costs. They are hiring for bodies not for specific roles or work.
