Pros

“Friendly” staff, carefree and layback management, so long as you don’t complain or set off any red flags, you’ll be alright.

Cons

Long hours, ridiculous expectations, and extremely unprofessional.

Pros

The people: GM, Sales, Managers, Admin, Techs. The processes they all put in place and try really hard to follow.

Cons

Zero corporate investment in our local office to compete . Techs have lowest pay in area, have operated on skeleton Admin crews, in office, for years, zero desire to add admin staff, or add rate increases. Competition is growing fast here. Zero sales strategies from corporate. Waiting to get sold to another Venture Capitalist group. Can't see any long term vision for our local office since corporate spends little to no time here (depending on the personal), and spends zero time communicating our long term mission. No one even knows if /what our values are as a corporation, and if we really believe them at the top levels.

There are too many to list. But it starts with management and battling w egos amongst employees
