      Pros

      Employees can aspire to and achieve any role within the company. Great work life balance. Work from home. Challenging projects encourage professional growth and skills development. Both employee and client relationships are deep and meaningful.

      Cons

      Geographically distributed workforce makes it difficult for us all to gather at once.

      -Team atmosphere: our colleagues are all helpful and supportive -Work/life balance: 40 hrs. per/wk, variety of company events, and flexibility when life happens -Transparency: quarterly business meetings and encouragement to get involved at all levels of the organization -Stable company: great clients, financially sound, and in our 25th year

      Pros

      - If you're a smart/talented person, there is plenty of opportunity for advancement (technical and managerial). - You can make an impact on everything from application architecture to influencing management decisions. - Very competitive benefits. - Good work/life balance. - Good company culture. - They care about their people.

      Cons

      - A non-competition agreement that is very restrictive and enforced, so be sure you're ready to sign. - No overtime pay/bonuses. - There are some dolts in management, but show me a company where there isn't at least one.
