Pros

The pros don’t outway the lack of human care and compassion.

Cons

Unfortunately Isagenix misrepresents itself as a company with a strong, family-like culture. However, their leadership proves otherwise. I watched a number of employees give all of themselves to Isagenix in order to further the mission and provide for their families. I also watched Isagenix “lay off” and “terminate” these individuals. Sometimes in large groups without any warning. Isagenix talks a lot about loyalty, contribution and family, but they have negatively impacted the lives of so much of their staff in order to further their own mission (make a lot of money by making decisions that only benefit the founding family and executive suite). I watched a great deal of corruption and discrimination happen within the walls of Isagenix and my hope is that no one else continues to be tricked by this company. Our world had forgotten the importance of human dignity at its core and Isagenix is a prime example of that. If you are considering a job here, please look elsewhere, especially if you have a family to support.

Pros

Free or reduced Isagenix products. Year-end bonus.

Cons

The environment in the IT building is reminiscent of an immature high school. Isagenix offers no remote working, no trust in employees, and too little internal communication. Management assumes if you aren't physically at your desk, you must not be working. They're desperately in need of more training and SOPs/documentation, but management devalues these essentials. Even HR does not have processes defined, leaving employees confused. Also, IT and the rest of the company are rarely on the same page, making for an incredibly frustrating workplace. Poor benefits and bonus structures compared to other companies at which I've been employed. No career mentoring or opportunity for growth. It's a mess, and the CIO couldn't care less: "If you don't like it, you can leave." NOTE TO JOB SEEKERS: The overall rating for this company is skewed because its customers ("Associates" who peddle Isagenix products but are NOT employees) are posting reviews. Look for reviews from true employees for honest, accurate feedback.

Pros

* Beautiful building conveniently located * Casual dress attire * Culture can be fun at times * 3 weeks paid vacation

Cons

* Politics- more so than any other company I've ever been involved in, the politics in this company stand in the way of truly being able to reach your goals, team goals, company growth and keeping good talented people on board. * Lack of Advancement Opportunities- even with a degree or advanced degree, marketplace skills or talents; the advancement opportunities here are non existent. The first thing I heard after starting was the amount of people that are unhappy here and it's based on people being given opportunities that don't deserve it or don't have the skill while others that do and have the skills are overlooked time and time again. * Disorganization- the rules and flow of how things operate are constantly changing but more so, they are constantly overlooked. Everything is done last minute and employees are asked to hurry up and get things done, yet we are supposed to stay within the flow of how things operate which doesn't allow for hurry up to happen. From the top down, they need to get it together. * Integrity Issues- this is a MAJOR reason people leave the company. The company states it is one thing, yet turns around and does another. Talent and skill is not appreciated and people are being pushed out as a result, while the people that are being praised and given opportunities are horrifically unqualified and lack all skill needed. Your bosses don't have your backs, mostly because they are so incredibly bogged down with unnecessary meetings and don't have the time to truly invest in their team or see what's happening. From the top, they don't see any of the major issues happening and continue to promote the wrong people and let the talented ones go. Have an idea? Don't even bother! The Coovers (the owners) are stuck in their 1980's network marketing mindset and no one is willing to tell them no. Let alone, the hurry up and get it done right now starts with them and they are the biggest contributors to changes happening last minute and everyone having to run with their hair on fire. * Nepotism- There are far too many cases of this in this company. From the top down, they hire their family members who are grossly unqualified to have the positions they do which leads to FAR too many issues to list. Namely, people being in positions of leadership that should not and running departments they have no right to which leads to mass chaos and others having to do their work or talented people; once again, being driven out. * Pay- the company will not pay what someone is worth in the market and continues to keep saying with yearly bonuses, it's completely fair market value. Which is untrue. People are leaving this company and making 20-30k more per year PLUS bonuses. * Culture- you are asked to sit at your desk, be quiet and don't make noise. I can't state enough how TRUE this actually is. Others will "tell on you" for talking to people around you or standing too long (anything past a few minutes) having a conversation, God forbid it be about anything other than work.
