      Remote work, competitive pay, great company culture, resourceful colleagues. They provide opportunities for professional growth with the company internally and externally.

      Pros

      Everything is amazing here, work culture, people, leaders, salary, perks and benefits etc. Especially the work from home policy all year round. I only go to office when there's a gathering or events (it's less than 10 days in a year). Otherwise, it's 100% wfh, which has been great for working mums and people who have special commitments.

      Cons

      Nothing at all, keep it up! You'll never ever find an organization like KP!

      Mostly good company, but currently having an identity crisis

      Pros

      Really good benefits, competitive compensation packages, career development and some career advancement opps. Also, working in a societally beneficial organization helps!

      Cons

      Too much change, not enough consistency makes it difficult for long-term planning. Not enough transparency, will only highlight positives instead of giving real talk, before laying you off.
