Pros

Kforce overall has amazing people. I met some great friends there.

Cons

I would not recommend working on the ISS team. They make it seem like you will be a normal recruiter when in reality you are not. You have no control over a lot of your business and you have to wait sometimes 6 months to see your commission. In the beginning they will tell you “just do what you can control” but that is not true. They will treat you like a money making robot and they only care about you if you are making money for the firm. This leads to extremely high turnover. Most people don’t even make it past the training team. this also comes from the training manager who tends to be rude and confrontational. One of my main issues with this team was that the leadership didn’t follow Kforce values of “putting people first”. I was hired with the intention of being remote and not ever having to go into the office. (Even received an email from the CEO saying we would never have to go in) When the market declined and the team started not doing as well, we were all of the sudden forced to go back into the office. When confronting leadership their response was “we hired everyone with the intention of going back in office”. I could go on and on about the issues that occurred but overall, there was bad communication, lack of transparency, and not enough job stability. If you want to go to work and not fear every day that you are going to loose your job I would look somewhere else.

Pros

Good people do work at this company- Unfortunately, they stay due to being complacent or being paid well. I wish them all the best of luck.

Cons

They treat employees very bad and try to pin individuals against one another. They really make staffing seem extremely transactional and everyone is just number. -They take normal recruiting perks away from recruiters and expect them to sit at their desk all day long like robots. You will get in trouble if you schedule a coffee outside of the office. -They do not allow you to give your opinion and talk down to you. - Management will "instant message" you quietly and ask for you to rate your peers from 1-10. -Their motto is “Do what I say and not what I do”! -They have brand new recruiters train brand new recruiters! What?!?! -They truly made work so difficult to enjoy. :(
