      A decent job. It depends on what you’re looking for

      Pros

      Decent place to gain manufacturing experience. Climate controlled. Job security IF you can find something you’re good at and you show up on time. Good people to work with. Good for elderly because most people can sit while working.

      Little to no pay increase, two wellness days for the whole year

      Pros

      Some of the best reasons to work at klein tools are that you have the chance to work a lot of overtime every week. You are required to work 50 hrs a week but if you choose to come early or stay late you can work up to 68 hrs a week. You get Saturdays and Sundays off unless you choose to work Saturday then you just get Sunday off. The workplace is climate controlled and clean and music is always playing.

      The cons for klein tools are the forced overtime, and early/late hours.
