Pros

Adjustable desks and that's about it

Cons

I know there were some good reviews from interns, but as a full-time employee I can tell you this place lacks serious ethics and honesty. It's bad. If people speak up about anything they get fired and the turnover is crazy. When they hire you, they'll tell you they're hiring so many people because they are expanding. That's not true, their turnover is so high, they have to hire more people then they need just to keep up with everyone leaving. Please do your self a favor and run as fast as you can from this place. It's not worth it and the pay is horrible. They have the worst benefits I have ever had at a place (15+ years work experience), and leadership is woefully under qualified. If you value your career, don't risk tarnishing your image by being associated with this company. It will catch up to you. The company was sold in 2017 and has changed significantly so any reviews before that are worthless. No work life balance.

I apologize that your time with Krayden was a negative experience. We strive at Krayden to create and maintain a positive work environment, which in turn has helped to keep our turn-over rate very low. As the company is constantly growing, changes have to be made to coincide and help Krayden become stronger.

Pros

The benefits were decent. Free coffee.

Cons

Job description is incorrect. The CSR position is actually an account management role. When you are hired you think you are being paid well to be a CSR but in reality you are being paid poorly to manage dedicated accounts in addition to CSR duties. Incredibly high turnover rate. People were constantly leaving so there were never enough employees to manage the workload. There is no support once you are out of training. No one has the bandwidth to help you so you just get further and further behind. All of the supervisors and managers are skilled at manipulation. They make you feel like you are at fault for not being able to keep up with the overwhelming workload, often while assigning additional tasks. The supervisors and manager are all related so there is no one to talk to if you have an issue with your supervisor. I have never worked at a company where everyone was so stressed out, unhappy and unwelcoming to new people.
