      -Work culture is good, with a hybrid work schedule and work-life balance -The company is growing a lot lately, with multiple acquisitions, that has resulted in multiple interesting project wins -Compensation is good

      Cons

      -They don't have a lot of bridge projects, and as a Bridge Engineer, I ended up working on roadway projects for most of the time I've been here.

      Nice people good pay. Lots of travel

      Cons

      A lot of the work done is not typical structural engineering and often times you get stuck writing reports all week. You'll even write reports for jobs that you were never involved with. If you're looking to grow purely as a structural engineer this position might not be for you
