      Pros

      Starting PTO is great. Benefits and pay are outstanding as long as you are comfortable with the starting salary. Increases are minimal.

      Cons

      NO work/life balance. No flexibility. Many long evenings. Training is better for office based employees. Discord among teams is toxic and awkward for those involved.

      No Christmas party, no company picnics, no free turkey at Thanksgiving.......just your paycheck
