This job will slowly drain you mentally. The work itself serves no intellectual challenge and frankly mind-numbing. Your entire schedule is dictated by the minute, entering folders with what seems like no breathing room in between. Doing this for 8+ hours straight with an absurd amount of overtime and frequent requests to come in outside your shift schedule is demoralizing. You'll find yourself having to adopt a culture of having to clock in and out at the exact second of your assigned shift. It is tiring. Work environment is obviously dated, with office equipment that is in need of an upgrade.
