      Pros

      Most important of all is that the management is great and is making all efforts to make you feel comfortable and do your job.

      Cons

      The merit increase in 2022 was insufficient (3,4%) taking into account the inflation which was 15,3%.

      - Flexible working hours - Engaging project teams - Labcorp provides everything you need for a nice working home-office

      Cons

      - Recruitment didnt work very well - talked with many different stakeholders, and wasnt offered the job until 8 weeks after my first interview
