I (for the most part) enjoy the work that I'm doing. Please note that this is not specific to Labcorp and that I am likely to enjoy (for the most part) any sort of laboratory work.

Cons

I passed my 1 year anniversary at Labcorp 3 months ago, and I am therefore entitled to a promotion (from Techno Trainee to Molecular Technologist) and a pay raise. I have not received either. It has been 3 months. My supervisor submitted the promotion, my manager approved the promotion, and now it's been sitting in the inbox of some upper management person for 3 months with no update. I am no longer in training and have in fact been training others, but my job title and pay do not reflect this. Several of my fellow coworkers are in the same situation, and we are all extremely frustrated.
