      Job security. Never short on hours.

      Cons

      Will under pay and over work you. Difficult for employee retention. Management are sharks and fight with each other and it's nearly impossible to grow within the company.

      I still have a job after loosing my job from BHS

      Cons

      the company charges too much for insurance. The operating procedures are all outdated along with the computer system. We are short staffed and unable to complete our work. It has so far been a terrible experience.
