      Pros

      Covance was acquired by labcorp only to be spun off to Fortrea. Will see the impact to employees. Biggest pro: fully remote employees.

      Cons

      No raises in 2022 for employees over level 112. Bonus was less than 1/4 of 2021 bonus due to company financials.
