Pros
-Work/Life balance: FTO and they let you use it (zero questions no judgement, rare). For a parent working that is a major plus -Have worked with some AMAZING people and can say my skills have greatly improved since working here -Client relationships: You get to work with many clients and build connections that will last to other departments and other jobs
Cons
-Pay: It is department dependent, but overall Labcorp pays on the lower side of average. -Short staffing at times and being asked to work beyond the job description without the additional pay
