How desperate are you?

Pros

It was a job and a pretty good paycheck, but really nothing else. With a few of the others drivers I actually had mutual respect, bordering on friendship.

Cons

70+ hr weeks, no OT pay. day off keeps getting moved, no way to plan anything/no time for a life, Politics, back-stabbing, customer is right, no matter what the issue, assistant mgr relocated because he couldn't stand the place any more.

Pros

No pros unfortunately. Other than everyone else makes good money except for the people who do all the work. Okay free coffee that's a pro. But I don't drink coffee. And no over time.

Cons

Twenty words is not nearly enough to list all of the cons. No overtime. Cost of living compared to what we make is a joke. Boss is a tightwad

Good schedule plenty of ot if you want to cover shifts at other sites The management works with you to help out when things go wrong with anything

Cons

Some of the customers are brutal with the way they maintain the yards with potholes and taking away space from an already small yard They don’t care about any of the drivers that come through here but that’s not lazerspots fault They tried everything they could to fix it with them
