Pros
The office space is very modern and upscale, it looks like a nice, professional place to work. The technology provided to do your job is adequate.
Cons
I agree with most of the detailed reviews here, which unfortunately are mostly negative. Here are the reasons why: I've seen talented people come and go without being given a fair chance. For the most part, the only core group that works at this company are those who have developed relationships with each other and management; outsiders are not welcomed (though everyone will try to convince you otherwise). As a current employee, I can verify that we have been directly asked or persuaded to leave detailed, positive reviews about the company (the marketing department in particular). Most are not genuine or completely truthful. As an underlying theme to both positive and negative reviews, it is true that management is very hot and cold, racist and sexist. Also, they are more or less in their positions because of their relationship to the CEO, which is why they take on his opinions immediately and can change their demeanor quickly. The core staff here is talented, but not as talented as the people I've seen come and go. The people who have been here the longest likely do not have skill sets to advance them anywhere else, and I certainly don't believe they stay here because they like their job. It's like working in a quiet, hostile library. Skill sets, technology stacks and knowledge seem very stagnant here. There is a lot of false information floating around so I suggest you do your research and look at the credibility of these reviews before considering taking a job with this company.
