Pros

Remote, work from home and in the field. Easy job if organized and attention to detail.

Cons

They hire and then layoff pretty quickly depending on work load.

Pros

Wish there were some... Would say work from home, but you are constantly running around from project to project putting out fires instead of managing them.

Cons

Upper upper management had absolutely no clue what the boots on the ground level employees were doing or what they were supposed to do. All they wanted was updates updates updates, could care less of the issues/problems with contractors not getting paid, therefore not wanting to work on anything additional until they did. Poor management tricked down. Pay was sub-par compared to other companies.

Pros

This company is ready to equip you with every tool needed to do your job, you just have to bring your experience and come prepared to jump in. Pay is fair, company vehicles aren’t old beater trucks, management is typically quick to respond to your emails, and if you have a problem it’s typically fixed within a few days if not same day. This job isn’t for old school tradesmen, or anybody against technology and learning new things. It’s VERY technology oriented, change happens frequently, and you’re always adapting to the changes.

Cons

This job isn’t for old school tradesmen, or anybody against technology and learning new things. It’s VERY technology oriented, change happens frequently, and you’re always adapting to the changes.
