      -Entrepreneurial vibe where your ideas are encouraged and you can see the difference you are making as we build the company. -Internal promotions can come fast if you work hard and have a good attitude. -The business is strong and revenue is getting stronger so it feels like we are moving out of startup mode and beginning to add better benefits like a good 401K match, extra vacation and bonuses. -EQUITY OWNERSHIP!

      Cons

      -We are still a startup so things can change quickly -We are getting more focused on hitting performance metrics which can be stressful but I think they are fair
