-Questionable HR practices
-Not female friendly but pretend to be, pay females much lower salaries, females have worse roles and are promoted less, and senior leadership set bad examples for other female employees, very much it's a "bros" world and we just live in it
-pretend to be transparent but are not
-very low pay for industry standard
-proprietary technology slowed down business significantly and was awful to use
-constant restructuring was wasteful and useless
