We appreciate your feedback and are disappointed that your time with Lexipol was not a positive experience. Although we do not feel your experience is consistent with that of most employees at Lexipol, we take it very seriously and agree that there is always room to improve. We monitor our turnover rate carefully and it’s trending strongly in the right direction, post our merger last year, and is currently in line with companies of similar size. Lexipol values ideas and input from both new and tenured team members and we have a good balance of both within the company. Any ‘Old Boy’s Club’ mentality is not acceptable, nor the norm, and diversity of staff and thinking is important to us. We’re proud that more than 40% of our leadership team (director level and above) is female. We are continually working to build a collaborative, positive culture where new ideas and trust thrive.

Pros

Great people doing great work for those in public safety.

Cons

Terrible pay and benefits. The CEO and his co-CEO wife are demoralizing the team with their heavy handed approach to managing employees. The company and culture used to be much better prior to the time the company was sold to a private equity firm.

Toxic Environment

Pros

The only "pro" is that they provide a much needed product to law enforcement and fire.

Cons

The sales leadership lacks integrity, ethics and basic leadership skills. They create a toxic environment. They couldn't "lead" themselves out of a paper sack. Why would upper-management hire so-called sales managers without any state and local government selling history? And these so-called sales managers allow their "top" sales people to harass and create a hostile work environment. They are only the "top" sales people because they are given the best territories... here's a thought ... put your "top" sales people in the tougher territories and see how they do??? Not that huge of an idea... right? My advice to those thinking of working there... DON'T!
