Pros

The finance team was great to work with. I did not fuly approve of top management but since I have left, I've heard it has improved.

Cons

The work could get a bit redundant. Not a defined career path. I ended up leave due to mostly to getting bored and not getting the growth I was looking for.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for the work you do. We’re glad to hear that you value the pay and benefits that come with the role. We also understand that time away from home and uncertainty around machine schedules can be challenging. Our operations can be dependent on multiple factors like field conditions, which sometimes makes scheduling unpredictable. We continue working to improve communication and planning wherever possible. We appreciate your contribution to the team and your feedback as we continue looking for ways to improve the employee experience.
