Pros
Remote Work, Some other Benefits
Cons
This company doesn't value their employees at all. They expect their employees to go above and beyond - but employees can't expect to get compensated for working overtime or taking on more and more responsibilities. Almost everyone I know is working overtime due to a very high workload and the lack of staff. The worklife balance is basically non-existent. They promote their workplace as a great place to grow but getting promoted or switching into other roles within the company is almost impossible. They simply don't offer new opportunities to grow and rather try to sell the idea of taking on more responsibilities and learning something new without a raise. The management is trying to encourage the employees to come with new ideas for improvements. But whenever these are provided by the employees, management considers it as "nagging". Management becomes threatening when employees mention that they consider reaching out to HR and will discourage employees from doing so. The monthly future forums usually only focus on Sales/Business Growth but never put their own employees in focus. People working in support functions are often completely left out and rarely get any recognition. Previous annualy bonuses and salary increases have been cancelled or put on hold. There have been multiple sudden lay-offs during the past 12 months. Toxic and mentally draining work environment.
