      Pros

      Fantastically people-oriented organization. You may not get everything you want, but you'll get everything you need.

      Cons

      Honestly, can't think of any. They have been wonderful. If I had to choose something, I'd say that it's a large organization which maybe can be a little slow to change, but even that they make great efforts.

      Pros

      Very good benefits. Staff will take any opportunity to eat cake.

      Cons

      Production work means assembly line style collections. Ever changing and inconsistent job demands. Finger pointing culture. No windows. High turnover and low employee appreciation. Makes me feel disposable. Scolded for attempting to improve the process.
