Get to work outside (nice until summer in Texas) Most other employees very friendly/helpful Got to learn new equipment

Cons

VERY low pay Expected to do the work of a 5-6 man crew, with only 2-3. And it was your fault if the work didn't get done Didn't let you get overtime pay to make up for Being understaffed Bosses constantly drove around and made you feel bad for taking a water break in 100+ degree heat Had employee outside working during lightning even though they claim to care about safety
