Pros

Massage Envy has been my second family going on seven years. Envy has provided me with countless amounts of booked hours in working as a LMT. Through Massage Envy I started out my career and have gained confidence throughout the years providing modalitys that I love and whats beneficial for my newest clients to my oldest clients who request me on a weekly basis. The company provides everything you need to be a professional successful Therapist with hands on training and motivation. My Staff works hard to keep all of us booked with Envy Members and New Guests. I and all of my teammates are constantly busy. This company is so good to the staff as I mentioned before they are like family, There is no competition everyone is equal and doing what we love providing excellent service to our members and community around us and making our daily routines easy to enjoy our work environment. I love my Massage Envy.

Cons

The only Con I can think of is you have to be ready to be busy and fast pace between clients. As a therapist you have five minutes between guests which can make it difficult at times if the guest takes longer to exit the room and you can get behind, moving on to your next client.

On behalf of Massage Envy Franchising, thank you for sharing your positive review! As a whole, franchisees aim to deliver on the Massage Envy brand promise--we help you take care of you--to their employees and we're so happy to hear that you're experiencing that promise delivered in your franchised location. We'll pass it along to the regional leadership for the Maple Grove area and would love to share it with your franchisee as well. If you’d like to send that information to us at meemployeebrand@massageenvy.com, we’d be happy to share it.

Pros

Each massage envy location is different, but I love the one I work at: Murphy, Tx. Great people at the front desk, great therapists, great owner and managers. They give you the flexibility you need with your massage practice (within certain understandable limits) to help your clients's overall health in the way they need it. They are fairly flexible with your schedule and I love how easy it is to get started as a new therapist. They really help you build your client base quickly and, as long as you have the skill set needed, you will succeed.

Cons

You must be able to work some weekends, usually all weekends. To me, this was not an issue, but it is something to think about if you cannot do that.
