Pros
Good place to learn project engineering execution. Good place for engineers right out of college. Good place to learn the first 3 things in your engineering discipline, then your done. There are some good examples of customer relationship skills here. Go to work here in the ISD division only, not the ESD division. Work here for 3-4 years max. Get yourself into an operating company to develop skills beyond engineering 201.
Cons
The culture is saddled with tension & disrespect between project managers and engineers. The Project Management squad is young, moderately talented, & arrogant. The department managers give lip service to servant leadership. Experienced engineers are given little respect or opportunity. Many people are leaving. Be ready to take direction from people with less experience & skill or don't come to work here as a mid to senior level engineer. There is no professional development for engineers. Be ready for HR to low ball your offer because this is a low margin engineering delivery service. The ESD division is on slippery footing.
