Pros

I worked with nice employees

Cons

Help benefits were horrible when they switched to a cheaper plan, management was horrible I felt like I was in high school all over again with the telling on each other and instead of management asking the person a rumor was about they would believe the person who started the rumor. You will get fired for turning in your two week notice. They cover their tracks if anything would happen to you while working there. Hr is a laughing stock there, I worked there 3 years and hr is for the company and not the employees. I had an incident at work with a supervisor and employee , that was this person fault and nothing was done about the supervisor or the employee who were involved. Hr will make your life a living hell unless you are a kiss but so beware. After 3 years I couldn't take it anymore and found a new job. If you have a death in the family and call off they will ding you because it's considered a short notice call off. They ding you for leaving early for sickness, injury, everything you can think of and after so many they suspend you for three days unless you are of a different race the. They only give you one day

Decent Benefits, but too much politicking

Pros

The benefits, health insurance and time off, were pretty good. Some of the supervisors were great people to know and worked with you. The employees were generally nice.

Cons

Upper level management treated the good people bad and the bad people good. If you weren't into politicking to get a raise or a promotion, you were out of luck. They were just into the bottom line, underpaying employees just enough to encourage them to work overtime to save the company money in paying for benefits for more full-time employees.
