      a perspective on microstrategy

      Pros

      Young and energetic workforce , good product and decent healthcare benefits.The location and ambience of Microstrategy offices is great.They also have good vacation policies (3 + weeks ) and there is good flexibility on allowing time off when needed.

      Cons

      Indequate compensation and lacks strategic leadership . The regional offices are completely out of sync with the message at Headquarters . It is really hard to commute or work effectively with any of HR team even incase of internal referrals or transfers. The communication between various departments is also a problem.
