      Pros

      They really walk the walk with prioritizing employee wellness. Generous benefits, amazing people, fun & trusting culture. Feel very optimistic about the trajectory of the company and industry. Really trust the CEO and confident that we have the right leadership team in place to keep taking Mindbody/ClassPass to new heights.

      Cons

      High expectations (not necessarily a bad thing) and you really need to be willing to roll with the punches. I call it a "mature startup" - we're scrappy & get sh*t done but you can't be precious.

The leadership team is approachable and transparent, providing clear communication and support. Overall, Mindbody offers a dynamic and positive workplace where you can make a real impact.

      Cons

      Would love to get more in-person time with my colleagues. We're a fully-remote work environment and meet up once a year for offsites, but would love more time to get together in person.
