Pros

Some super nice people in the company; Algorithms are good, I guess; Many confident people there

Cons

Unfortunately, the good algos and platform are incredibly difficult to get stood up in a POC or prod environment. Moogsoft's tech is good if an organization plans to keep all their legacy monitoring tools around for a very long time. But most orgs are upgrading to newer generation monitoring tools that already have AIOps built in, rendering Moog redundant or extraneous. It's just not needed. I know they'll throw a lot of stock options at you, but buyer beware. Also, and I've learned my lesson the hard way with Moog and another company, If the company makes claims that they're going to 'Change the World,' that's a red flag folks. Those CEOs have ego issues. It's a monitoring platform. It helps IT departments. It is not changing the world. Best of luck, tread cautiously...

Pros

- Nice coworkers - Company puts on lots of off-sites and employee events, which is fun - AIOps space is very hot - Strong story and vision

Cons

- long and complex product installation leads to frustrated customers and exhausted services team, many of which are leaving. - sales execution has been poor. sales are down so the company has laid-off a ton of good people in sales, SE’s, services, marketing, channel sales. managers are leaving too - marketing that does not match product reality and customers are disappointed. - lots of post-sales issue - management that doesn’t listen! yes they have a strong vision, but their ego makes them unresponsive to other points of view, especially around execution

Pros

nothing I can think of.

Cons

there are tons of fake reviews, like the other person said, there are barely 200 employees and you see 190 some reviews, there is no way there are this many reviews, for contrast, tinder a company with 540 employees, only has 51 reviews. The management are really bad and have unrealistic expectations. We recently just hired a COO who was charged with fraud by the SCC. There was also a big recent layoff.
