Pros

Great pay for a current college student. $17/hour pays for many things most college students cannot afford to do

Cons

working in the warehouse is hard work. some days we might move 20 pallets of break rotors which weighs in somewhere around 40,000 pounds. its hard to go study at the library after a full day of work.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us feedback. There are many opportunities and multiple career lanes that many college students may not know about at NAPA. While we appreciate automotive and parts knowledge, we are also very open to hiring students that are in other college program disciplines that are not related to automotive. If you bring passion for people and business, we can teach you the rest! Our EMT (Executive Management Trainee) program is a fantastic opportunity for recent grads so please keep that in mind. Pros

It’s a good company to work for if you can learn fast and have a positive attitude towards new challenges everyday. You will move up fast if you are driven to become grater. Opportunities are always available at Napa Auto Parts to grow.

Cons

If you can not motivate others to help you with your daily tasks, it will be difficult to be successful in this field. It’s a team effort.

Pros

I had the best customers in the world. They were not only customers they became like family. My counterparts were also friends.

Cons

Motivation by intimidation. Management of DC treats you like they own you. Constant brow beating, they have no plan, no professionalism at all. They use professional sales people to move stores and build shelves as if they are temp labor. If the upper management like Mr.Gallagher knew how they did things he'd clean house.
