Micromanagement, poor culture, and limited growth
Pros
The office itself is nice.
Cons
Honestly, this was one of the worst work experiences I've had. * The work was mostly repetitive and offered very little opportunity to learn. It is mostly prod support. * Micromanagement was extremely common, with little to no autonomy. * They require four days in office, but attendance seemed to matter more than productivity. Many people spent their time in the office socializing or sitting through unnecessary meetings, yet there was still an expectation to be available late into the evening. * Work-life balance was poor, and long hours often felt normalized. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a supportive culture, opportunities for growth, or a healthy work-life balance.
