Training is great, and everyone is incredibly helpful when you first start.

Cons

Micromanagement is getting pushed now, and it can be frustrating. Also changed schedule promised and hybrid work schedule wfm days after I was hired

All departments leave early for Christmas but the contact center - it should be the entire company, only 2 WFH days - used to be 4
