      Pros

      Great culture. Even though I may not be getting paid as much as some of my other peers in the tech industry, I believe the experience I will gain with the inclusive culture will be comparable to them.

      Cons

      Lower pay than most of my peers. No sign on bonus.

      Relaxed but professional work atmosphere, decent pay, workload usually fair for 40 hr work week.

      Cons

      Disorganized and a bit wild. They definitely put a lot of trust in low level employees to get things right.
