Pros

Exciting and challenging work environment! Netchex is in growth mode and constantly adding new solutions to help our clients. Creative and hardworking leadership group open to new ideas. Working at Netchex gives you a chance to have a voice. There is no corporate red tape or excessive layers of management. Individuals are valued and heard and you have a unique opportunity to make a difference!

Cons

If you don't like change, this is not the place for you. Because we are in growth mode, things change often. But that is also super exciting because it keeps things fresh and gives everyone a chance to make a difference!!

Toxic culture

Pros

-Remote -Ability to build own brand/book -Decent tools to use

Cons

-Extreme high turnover (Saw rep turnover three times in less than a year in a territory) -There is virtually zero support -Implementation can and will mess up your deals so you need to babysit the entire process -You will get conflicting guidance constantly and will be pulled in multiple directions to execute the new idea from the good idea fairy every couple weeks -Poor sales training but they recently revised some of that so hopefully it is better -If you are considering coming here, do a quick search to find former reps to get the truth. There are some reviews on here that seem "Churched up"

Remotes are on an island surrounded by sharks.

Pros

- They've hired a new marketing person. - A decent amount of implementation reps are good. - CEO is responsive (unfortunately it stops with him). - Respectful of work/life balance.

Cons

- Inconsistent management. - Channel directors only work with their pets. - Ideas with no ability to execute. - No "culture" or support for remote reps. - Poor initial training and continued training. - Have transitioned to a small business payroll, price centric company. - No checks and balances for sales managers, one in particular is rogue. - Fear of going to HR. Rumors of repercussion. - Remotes are begging for support - management either does not know how to help or has no desire to.
