      Decent benefits, poor leadership

      Pros

      Salary and benefits are competitive. Plenty of good people and a few good leaders made this a good choice. There is a public effort for diversity and inclusion and an impressive number of female leaders.

      Cons

      The good old boy network is alive and well in the Dallas leadership team. Anyone that comes in is a new recruit is subject to toxic team behavior that is considered indoctrination. Weak leadership made this a bad fit for me.

      Pros

      There's a fantastic culture which enables people to be empowered to do their job. People are enthusiastic and helpful, always looking for ways to improve and get things done. Management are fantastic and very supportive

      Cons

      None that I can really think of.
